Well establised M&E company looking for an Accounts & Admin Executive to be responsible for the day-to-day accounting & admin function within the company.
- Works closely with external Accountant
- Maintain proper documentation and filing
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Verify invoices, preparation and recording of payments
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks
- Performs AR duty
- Support audit and tax queries when necessary with the external Accountant
- Liaise with banks on banking transactions when necessary
- Responsible for basic admin duties
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 2 years of Singapore experience in accounting & admin performing similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
