Responsibilities:
- Responsible for facilities management, preparing, implementing maintenance programs and managing contracts.
- Coordinate with internal engineers and managing outsourced service partners to ensure system maintenance and timely repair.
- Carry out inspection and resolving operational issues.
- Develop, implement policies, and ensure compliance with legislative acts and regulatory requirements. Identify potential safety hazards and unsafe conditions.
- Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
- Provide assistance with the internal and external audits.
- Work with the internal engineers and the assigned managing agent to ensure timely repair and replacement work.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 4-6 years working experience in a related role/field.
- Proficient in all facility management functions.
- Knowledgeable with real estate functions such as development, planning, asset/project management.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
