· To provide administrative role and co-ordination support to maintenance / project team
· Co-ordination between customers and clients for scheduling of maintenance / Landscape works
· Co-ordinate Landscape work for maintenance team
· Answering in-coming phone calls and perform general office duties as and when required
· Prepare quotation and to handle customer enquiries
· To manage and supervise workers in all horticultural operations, tree pruning and removal works and maintenance.
· Lead the execution and coordination of landscaping works and landscape maintenance works.
· Plan work schedules, manpower and equipment according to contract specifications.
· Attend and coordinate to clients’ requests, meetings and provide creative solutions for landscape issues.
· Conduct monthly site assessments to inspect horticultural practices and landscape quality requirements.
· Prepare site reports to detail observation and recommendations to be submitted monthly internally and externally.
· Establish reporting norms for supervisor and gardeners to follow and to report site progress and issues.
