Training Jobscope for Management Trainee
1. Perform COVID-19 confirmed case disinfection cleaning
2. Perform house cleaning
3. Perform office cleaning
4. Perform carpet cleaning
5. Deliver carpets (around 10-40kg)
5. Perform other adhoc cleaning duties
6. Training on cleaning machines and cleaning chemicals
7. Service maintenance of cleaning equipment
8. Cleaning maintenance of company service vehicle.
9. Weekly stocktake,update stock balances and replenish stock.
10. Follow company SOP
*note on heavy load, carpets can be between 10kg - 40kg during delivery, machines can be 20-30kg and needs to be carried up staircase in certain areas.

On site supervision of cleaners and also substitute cleaners in case of MC/urgent leave
Answering inquiries from customers.
Sending quotations to customers.
Handling feedback and complaints from customers and resolving it in a professional way.
Assigning the relevant manpower to daily job orders.

Ensuring all cleaning chemicals and equipment are replenished periodically.
Ensuring proper maintenance of equipment after use.
Ensuring periodic cleanliness and service maintenance on company vehicles
Payment & Collections
Doing daily and monthly sales report
Sending daily and monthly invoices to customers
Chase customers for overdue invoices
Ensure all payment are received in bank
Customer service
Ensuring cleaners are aware of their KPIs.
Ensuring customers are satisfied after service performed.
HR
Identify cleaners who need training and upgrading.
Send cleaners to relevant or necessary courses.
Applying and maintaining leave records for cleaners.
Ensure daily OT pay is recorded.
