Responsibilities:
- Issue, monitor, and update team on Purchase Order statuses promptly, including payment processing for production scheduling.
- Coordinate timely artwork routing with Branding and Regulatory Affairs.
- Monitor and schedule open orders with external providers for on-time shipment.
- Update relevant departments with shipping details upon receipt from external providers.
- Collaborate with Warehouse for timely deliveries and report issues to providers.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with Halal standards and ensure procurement aligns with MUIS requirements for Halal products/raw materials/finished goods.
- Ensure maintenance of full import permits for data validation and quarterly MES reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalents.
- At least 1 year of working experiences in related field.
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 and Halal.
