Job Description:
- Responsible for preparation of quotations
- Process order, follow up until completion of project
- Experience in contract management
- Calculate and consolidate monthly usage billing amount
- Data Entry duties
- Any other ad-hoc support duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of sales support/coordinator experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in microsoft office applications
- Meticulous, self-driven with strong follow-up skills
- Working hours: 9.30am to 3.30pm
