What you will do:
As a Visual Merchandiser Manager you are responsible to deliver smooth visual operations to facilitate an inspirational customer environment in your store(s). Your contribution will actively drive sales & profit through you and your teams. You would work closely with your Store Manager and additionally support the South East Asia Sales team.
You are responsible to coordinate the visual planning for your store(s). You act as the market visual specialist being the link between store Visual Merchandisers and Global VM. You support the market with travel to office & store(s) up to 40% of the time and collaborate with the Omni Sales Team on how to optimize the store experience and commercial plan.

- Lead, coach and develop a team of Visual Merchandisers to create an inspirational shopping experience.
- Maximising selling by analysing sales reports and taking action accordingly.
- Responsible for store planning of visual tasks and operations according to key campaigns and activities.
- Conduct store visits and collate photos of VM work to share with the Regional Team & Global Visual.
- Connect with Retail Experience Manager to share input and initiatives on customer experience in stores.
- Ensuring that our products are displayed according to company guidelines, promotional activities and seasonal trends together with your store team(s).
- Creating visually inspiring in-store and window displays which reflect and maintain our brand identity.
- Plan and co-ordinate local activations with the support from local Retail, PR & Marketing Teams.
- Initiate and host Training Workshops for Visual Merchandisers and trainees.
- Support any Visual related recruitments and build VM talent pipeline.
- Managing the ordering, handling and organisation of all display materials.
- Ensuring that safety, security and administrative routines are followed.
- Acting as a senior manager in the store, supporting the management team with daily operations, opening and closing routines.
