This role is pivotal in developing and executing an effective regional e-commerce strategy to drive growth and enhance the online presence of our beauty products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, a passion for the beauty industry, and a proven track record of success in developing and implementing successful e-commerce strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Strategy Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive regional e-commerce strategy, aligning with overall business objectives.
    Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
    Create and execute plans to drive online sales across different ecommerce platforms in the region.
  • Business Development:Identify and explore new e-commerce opportunities, partnerships, and channels to expand the online presence.
    Build and maintain relationships with key e-commerce platforms
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of e-commerce initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis:Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of e-commerce strategies.
    Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer engagement data to make informed decisions and adjustments.
    Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management.
  • Team Leadership:Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
    Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
    Ensure effective communication and coordination within the team and across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in e-commerce leadership roles within the beauty or FMCG industry.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving revenue and growth targets at a regional level.
  • In-depth knowledge of e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
