KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting to Project Director/Manager on site progress
- Monitor and establish detailed construction program
- Need to communicate with other sites and departments
- Coordinate with Senior Site Engineers with regards to all construction activities and also ensure that all required materials are delivered on time.
- Works are executed with approved method statement
- Ensure works progress smoothly as per schedule with necessary approvals
- Ability to coordinate between main & sub-contractors / clients & engineers
- Progress meeting with client, engineer, sub-contractors and construction team
SKILLS REQUIRED
- PEB recognized Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 10 - 15 years of construction experience in civil works at senior level
- Preferably have working experience in LTA project
- Civil construction - ground works experience is a requirement
- Possess good leadership, planning and management skills
- Able to communicate with people of different levels, departments and customers
