About the Role:
As a Patient Service Associate or Senior Patient Service Associate, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless patient experiences at our Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOCs) or Ambulatory Treatment Units. From greeting patients to finalizing bills, you'll be at the forefront of providing essential administrative and customer service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction:Greet patients warmly and handle inquiries both in person and over the telephone, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
Provide assistance and guidance to patients regarding appointment scheduling, tests, and investigations in accordance with Clinic Operations policies.
- Appointment Management: Schedule appointments for patients efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to clinic protocols.
Provide patients with relevant information about tests and investigations, facilitating smooth transitions between appointments.
- Cashiering Services: Perform finalization of bills and guide patients in utilizing Self-Service Stations (SSS) for cashiering duties related to services rendered.
Handle cash transactions accurately and securely, maintaining compliance with financial procedures and regulations.
- Clinical Support: Assist and chaperone doctors during consultations, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Record vital signs such as height, weight, temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Patient Care: Prepare patients for physical examinations and investigations, providing comfort and support throughout the process.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive and compassionate care.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level and above
