Pre-Sales Support
- Sales Engagement
- Gather objectives, used cases and requirements of prospects and customers.
- Assess used cases and requirements.
- Propose technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, writeup and diagrams on the proposed technical solutions.
- Present technical solutions.
- Reply to technical queries.
- Marketing Promotion
- Provide technical advisory on marketing initiatives.
- Participate in marketing outreach activities.
Post-Sales Support
- Install and configure software applications, IoT devices, networking appliances.
- Update status and progress, issues and risks
- Work with other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and resolution.
- Prepare user training and operation materials.
- Conduct user training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and post-implementation.
Project Coordination & Liaison
- Liaise with customers and other stakeholders on the implementation of the solutions, products.
- Update status and progress on implementation.
- Communicate issues and risks relating to implementation.
- Monitor and report on regional implementation.
Requirements
- At least a bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is required
- At least 3 years of experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting network appliances and video related products, preferably in Audio/Video and Professional Video Solutions industry
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role
- Extensive experience in resolving IT queries and issues.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Good understanding of computer systems, networks, android devices, security, data privacy and other tech products
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications.
- Familiarity with project management.
- Hands-on experience with Windows environments
- Additional certification in Information Technologies is a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical assistance, both written and verbal
- Keen to learn and hands-on with software and hardware
- Work independently and collaborate well with others
