Responsibilities:
- Analyse information and data for the team to achieve sufficient understanding of the current state of the business processes.
- Support the design of processes to ensure integration to the organization's business processes and enhance data and information flow throughout the value stream for optimum data integrity.
- Assess compliance to applicable regulatory and internal governance policies in the recommended solutions put up by the project team.
- Track and monitor the implemented solutions to evaluate effectiveness and recommend adjustments where necessary.
- Collect, analyse and present data to demonstrate the impact of solutions recommended and implemented for all Experience Design projects.
- Ensure reviews are conducted if outcomes are not desirable.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree, fresh graduate with internship experience can be considered
- Preferably 2 years of experience in a continuous improvement role in a mid-size organization but not a must.
- A good understanding of user-centered design fundamentals and a keen interest in digital technology are a plus.
- Certification in Data analytics, Lean methodology / Six Sigma, Robotic Processing Automation will be an added advantage
