Our client, a well established MNC in manufacturing industry. They are looking for Admin Coordinator to support the sales team as business expansion.
Admin Coordinator
- Attend to walk-in customers, calls, and emails.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with potential customers.
- Follow up and update customers on their order status.
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with existing and new customers.
- Work closely with the Sales Team and provide support to prepare quotations and coordinate with customers.
- Update new and potential customers’ database weekly.
- Handle any additional miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of working experience in sales support, customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
