Responsibilities:
- Operational Support and Administration: This involves day-to-day management and support of systems, ensuring they function smoothly and efficiently.
- Performance Oversight: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of regional system and storage infrastructure to ensure optimal functionality.
- Issue Resolution: Addressing technical issues promptly as they arise, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with vendors to resolve issues effectively.
- Monitoring and Maintenance: Ensuring comprehensive monitoring of all infrastructure and services to proactively identify potential disruptions and take preventive measures.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps in a Knowledge Base for reference and future use.
- Infrastructure Changes: Assisting in the implementation of approved infrastructure changes, maintenance procedures, updates, and upgrades as required.
- Data Management: Performing data backups regularly and managing disaster recovery operations to ensure data integrity and business continuity in case of emergencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience working in a similar role.
- Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated accountability and a strong sense of responsibility in handling operational tasks.
