Job Title: Quality Assurance Assistant
Job Type: Full-time (5 days per week)
Location: 5-7 mins walk from Jurong East MRT station
Salary: SGD$2000-SGD$3000/month (subject to CPF)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team. This role offers on-the-job training for individuals who are meticulous and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate should be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, possess excellent learning abilities, and hold a diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, or a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct quality inspections and checks to ensure compliance with the required standards;
2. Perform routine checks on incoming raw materials as well as outgoing products.
3. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures;
4. Identify and report quality issues and work collaboratively to resolve them;
5. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to quality assurance activities according to ISO13485.
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Candidate with a Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, or a related field; Fresh graduate is also preferred.
2. Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
3. Independent and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
4. Able to read in Chinese will be an advantage.
5. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
6. Fast learner with a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
