JOB DESCRIPTION
- Print sales order from emails or B2B portals and issue, transmit, file and update sales invoices
- Issue credit notes for goods returned
- Print goods returned note from fax, email, B2B portals, and update stock balance into the system
- Record and update the product list int eh system from bulk to finished goods
- Book time slots for goods to be delivered to retail outlets
- Issue stock issue for consignment goods and to reconcile the sales and issue invoices
- Prepare & reconcile AP/AR confirmation at the end of the month
- Input all Customers fund received into Madsoft
- Assist in weekly and monthyly stock take
- Do filling of receipts and invoices
- To help process online orders and arrange for delivery if required
- Any other accounting or general ad hoc adminiistrative or office work as directed by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years accounting expereince
- Knowledge of MS excel, MS Office, Madsoft and advantage
- Willing to work effectively in a team
- Good attention to details and must be accurate
- Living in Yishun or in the surrounding areas will be an advantage

8.30am - 5.45 pm
Salary: $2,200 - $2,500 depending on qualifications and expereince
