Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts including air, hotel, car, ground transportation, visa, and travel insurance arrangement
- Understand clients’ need for complete accurate records of bookings and offer the best alternatives in terms of pricing & routing.
- Planning of travel itineraries, making reservations & ticketing
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreement and clients’ travel policies.
- Update and maintain accurate and Personal Client Profiles
- Check document validity, and provide accurate visa requirements and application details at the time of reservation
- Build and maintain good working relationships with our corporate customers
- Undertake after-office hours emergency line duty on a roster basis.
Pre-requisites:
- Preferably Diploma holder with related experience in Corporate Travel or Airlines industry
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Able to provide after-office hours assistance to clients, as and when required
- Customer-focused and good team player with a collaborative mindset to drive the best outcomes
