Roles & Responsibilies:
- Study tender / construction drawing specification and contracts to understand project requirement
- To coordinate with consultants/subcontractors on the shopdrawings/samples/method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes
- Liaise with consultants, client, sub-contractor on shop drawing and coordinate for site activities on site
- Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing
- To ensure proper hand over of project to client
Requirements:
- Candidate must possesses Degree or Diploma in Building / Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field Min of 2 year relevant working experience in doing A&A works.
- Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must able to handle in-house workers and proper ordering of material.
- Required skill (s) : MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, AutoCAD
- Entry level candidates are also welcome to apply
- Singapore Class 3 driving license prefer
