Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist project managers with scheduling, documentation, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in coordinating project activities, such as preparing project timelines, tracking project progress, and organizing project meetings and presentations.
- Maintain project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
- Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, and team members to relay information and address inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service and keep clients informed of project progress.
- Provide ad hoc support to project teams as needed, including conducting research, preparing presentations, and assisting with proposal development.

Qualification:
- Previous experience in an administrative or project support role within an construction company or similar industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
