We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong business result-driven approach to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing a sales strategy aligned with the overall business strategy, including identifying target markets and customers, creating marketing and sales campaigns, establishing sales targets and goals, and driving revenue to achieve sales targets.
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients in the APAC region.
- Responsible for generating leads and identifying potential customers through various channels, such as email campaigns, social media, trade shows, and conferences.
- Conducting detailed need analysis and identifying challenges at client side.
- Responsible for managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, by developing and implementing processes and tools to track and manage the progress of each opportunity.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, managing their expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure that the sales strategy aligns with the overall business strategy and meets the needs of the customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business , engineering or related field
- 4 - 5 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Previous experience in sales in the APAC market. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting sales targets and developing sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are important to help identify and address issues that may arise in the sales process.
