Responsibilities:
- Logistics / Warehouse experience
- Organizing order fulfilment, deliveries and pick up
- Scanning and ensure signed invoices are returned
- Co-ordinate with drivers on shortage & excess stock for delivery
- Stock Adjustment Report
- Work with 3rd party service provider
- Support order picking and packing when necessary
- Proper Handling and management of documentations
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Diploma & above
- 3 years working experience in shipping/supply chain/logistics experience in import/export documentation
- Easy-going and team player
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Responsible with a positive attitude
- Able to multi-task & work in a fast paced environment
