Role Description:
As a HiPPOprop Social Media Marketing Specialist, you are a vital member of the marketing team, playing a pivotal role in crafting effective campaigns across various channels to breath live to the HiPPOprop brand.
The ideal candidate is a digital native with a track record of developing and executing social-first campaigns across diverse markets. You possess a knack for creative ideation and brand development, adept at managing both day-to-day marketing operations and long-term strategies. Thriving under pressure, they excel at meeting tight deadlines and adapting to evolving demands.
Key responsibilities include: Social Media Management: Steering content strategy, creation, and execution across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, youtube. Timely address direct messages, comments, and complaints on company’s socials while also providing social media support for our Resident Agents.
Conducting social listening and analysis to identify trends and competitor activities, informing strategic decisions
Managing project timelines and implementation to ensure timely delivery
Requirements
· Min 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
· Degree in any discipline
· And of course, a love for the real estate industry and a fun person to work with.
