Job Responsibilities :
Recruitment
1) Develop and execute recruitment plans to recruit Trading
Representatives (TR).
2) Conduct phone Interviews to shortlist potential candidates.
Sales and Marketing
1) Plan and coordinate training programs for TRs.
2) Propose and implement new business ideas, strategies and channels to grow new client base and business for TRs.
3) Improve and fine tune business processes pertaining to efficiency of TRs conducting their business.
4) Propose and implement new company initiatives & roadshow, seminar, and webinar events.
Job Requirements
1) Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2) Proven experience in business development within the stockbroking industry preferred.
3) Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4) Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate team.
5) Self-starter, independent, organised with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
