1. Must possess Engineering Degree or Equivalent.
2. Must be able to coordinate clients,inspect suppliers, workers and sub-cons.
3. Can do computed aided drawing (autocad and sketch up)
4. Able to interpret drawing, can generate shop drawing and cutting list.
5. Able to work on saturdays.
6. Able to fulfill task in minimun supervision.
7. Able to schedule daily work activities with the workforce and resources.
8. Able to write method statement and Risk Assessment
