Key accountabilities
- Provides highly visible customer support through ensuring smooth on-site operations, as well as coordinating any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
- Assists customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
- Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
- Understands customers’ needs and clarifies when in doubt and assign the responsibility to internal and external party to resolve
- This job includes overall field support to the customer and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking.
- Perform any other job duty as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma with specialization in Chemistry or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in chemistry/pharmaceutical/biological laboratory support industry.
- Good inter-personal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated individual with high energy
- Team player with assertive and result oriented personality with drive
- Customer satisfaction oriented and proficient in SAP and Microsoft office.
- Strong and confident decision-maker who is capable and has the experience to make tough decision when required for a sales and service organization.
- Capable of building a strong link between the company and awareness of needs of customers.
- Familiar with procurement process.
