Your challenge as a finance business partner is to work closely with the supply-chain business unit to create an active partnership that links operations and management. Your primary responsibility is to provide 'real-time' support and anallysis, to be a trusted advisor and to add value that will assist in decision making. To success in finance business partnering, you need to have a good mix of accounting, analytical, commercial and communication skills.
Job Description:
- Prepares and ensure that all accounting records reflect precisely the business reality and adhere to both company standards and local tax and accounting regulations;
- Communicate accounting figures simply and effectively to operational contacts;
- To provide analysis and insights that assist BU leaders in making informed decisions which contributes to lasting profitability;
- Propose and implement policies, procedures or innovative solution to improve business flows and financial management
- Be a reference in terms of business & analysis
Requirements
- Passionate and active sportsmen/sportswomen
- Fast learner and adaptable
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Has at least 2 years experience in an accounting / financial analyst / Auditor role
- A Bachelor's degree in accountancy or finance is preferred
- Working knowledge of VBA / Python / Dashboarding skills is a plus
