Hands-on system support opportunities
The Responsibilities:
- Perform assigned service tasks including equipment service/troubleshooting, installation, de-installation, training, and final approval processes
- Address customer inquiries verbally and in writing on technical matters
- Coordinate with Sales/Admin team on procurement and customer information requirements
- Compile statistics and prepare reports for management
- Establish pricing for spare parts and provide quotations for spare parts/machine/engineering charges
- Develop, revise, and improve operational processes
- Foster strong customer relations at a technical level
- Maintain dedicated demo machines, including performance management and preventive maintenance
The Requirements:
- Degree and/or Diploma in an engineering-related field
- Willingness to travel at short notice, potentially staying in a country like India for 1-3 weeks for on-site support
- Strong technical problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Proactive attitude towards learning
- Preferably, experience or background in the semiconductor industry or related engineering fields
- Open to fresh graduates
