The Responsibilities:
- Manage the whole leadership training process from registration to evaluation
- Plan, design and develop learning road maps for continuous learning opportunities
- Provide training and budget reports, including collation and analysis of training feedback
- Support and advise the APAC offices (Malaysia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam) on HR and Administration matters
- Implement HR and Administration initiatives
The Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
- At least 3 to 5 years’ working experience in the HR Generalist role, looking to specialize in the Learning & Development function
- Strong understanding of effective learning methodologies and tools for instructional design, learning evaluation, etc.
- Smooth communication & presentation skills
- Great analytical and critical thinking ability with a proactive attitude

Location: Southwest, Singapore
Working Hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
