HR RECRUITER - SINGAPOREANS ONLY
5-Day Work Week - Tai Seng
Mon-Fri: 8.30 am – 6.00 pm
Responsibilities
• Monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Manage on-boarding/departure and full lifecycle of employees
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• Update and manage employee records.
• Liaising with clients in account management
• Oversee daily operations of the HR Department
• Ensuring the employees are complying with the policies of the company
• Organizing exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation
• Light travelling may be required
Requirements
· GCE 'Ó' Level
· 3 years of related working experience in HR and Talent Acquisition
· Preferably possess CEI licence
· Proficiency in Microsoft Email, Words and Excel
· Must have leadership skills and work ethics
· Excellent command of spoken and written English is required
