Job Description
- Answer, screen, or forward telephone calls; providing information, or taking messages.
- Greet visitors entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Send information or documents to customers, using e-mails or traditional mailing methods.
- Provide information about the company, such as location of the office, employees within the organization, or services provided.
- Perform administrative support tasks, such as restocking the pantry, photocopying documents, upkeeping of records, etc.
- Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
- Facilitate planned events, such as directing caters, logistics arrangements, etc.
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least an ITE certificate in any field, or at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Computer literate and tech savvy
- Good communication skills and pleasant disposition
