Job Responsibilities
• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties including incorporation, share issuance and transfer, striking off, submission to ACRA etc.
• Prepare directors’/members’ resolutions and meeting documents for ongoing secretarial matters
• Conduct customer due diligence procedures for onboarding and ongoing monitoring in line with ACRA’s AML/CFT Standards
• Maintain statutory registers for clients and internal corporate secretarial records
• Liaise with regulatory bodies e.g. ACRA
Qualifications and Skills Needed
Ideally 2 years of experience in corporate secretarial role
Good understanding of Singapore Companies Act and ACRA filing requirements
Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English, proficiency in spoken Chinese is advantageous
