Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations with the warehouse service provider. This includes managing and enhancing inbound and outbound quotas, productivity, and addressing customer complaints.
- Assist the AP Logistics Manager in coordinating activities within AP country warehouses, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company standards.
- Implement Lean and FMEA methodologies with the warehouse team to improve processes and achieve cost savings.
- Act as a liaison between the business unit and the warehouse to manage Vehicle Application Specific activities such as labeling and rework.
- Oversee the operation of a bonded warehouse, ensuring compliance with legal and company regulations.
- Manage excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory and scrap activities across all business units (BUs).
- Manage all aspects of domestic transportation to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics operations.
- Provide first-level support for EWM and participate as a super key user in system testing and enhancements.
- Assist in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and tender processes for warehousing and domestic transportation services.
- Develop and manage logistics budgets, and perform cost control activities to maintain financial efficiency.
- Conduct monthly auditing of invoicing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial standards.
