We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee our logistics and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and timely handling of goods, managing inventory, and coordinating with staff to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate logistics and warehouse activities.
- Ensure timely receipt, storage, and delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Train and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during operations.
Requirements:
- Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- Ability to handle interpersonal relationships, emails, and basic document work.
- Prior experience in logistics or warehouse management preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
