- This will start off as a 6-month contract role
This role will be responsible for driving the investment content and product marketing initiatives for Retail and Treasures segment across the group.
The role is responsible for identifying in-market opportunities and providing regional guidance on content, creative and brand strategy to drive retail and treasures customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. These responsibilities will be achieved through an understanding of key business drivers, market research and consumer insights. The execution of this will largely be through guidance and influencing of regional and in-country teams, hence strong collaboration across key internal stakeholders and external partners, strong organisational skills and stakeholder management will be needed.
Requirements:
- This role will need a strong understanding of retail banking products, key business drivers, key consumer insights as well as excellent written and marketing communication skills
- A strategic mindset, with clear understanding of the creative development process from concept to execution
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently lead and manage complex projects with multiple work streams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams in driving outcomes and interacting directly with C-suite stakeholders
- Stakeholder management and influencing skills – able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, guide and influence regional and in-country teams
- Ability to think out of the box for creative solutions
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes
- Looking for a marketing comms professional with minimum 10 yrs experience
- Looking for candidates with investment- specific content marketing exposure (i.e have worked with creative and production agencies on content marketing campaigns with investment content)
