Responsibilities:
- Establish a budget management system that meets the needs of the company.
- Establish a cost data system, conduct timely and effective cost analysis, and provide support for enterprise management and decision-making.
- Identify problems in the operation process, propose feasible solutions and promote implementation.
- Combine the development needs of the enterprise to establish a refined management system.
- Develop and implement expense management policies and procedures.
- Review and approve expense reports.
- Analyze expense data and identify trends.
- Recommend cost-saving measures.
- Provide training on expense management policies and procedures.
- Work with other departments to ensure compliance with expense management policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or other related majors.
- More than 4 years of financial and tax or comprehensive budget experience in manufacturing companies.
- Familiar with the operational management system of enterprise management and performance appraisal.
- Proficient in management reporting
