RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with the project team on environmental issues such as noise monitoring, pollution, vector control, air pollution, water pollution and drainage, prevention & control of infectious diseases, food hygiene, solid waste management, chemical storage & disposal and haze response procedure. Ensure compliance with latest environmental regulations.
- Implement and monitor environmental, health and safety management systems at worksites.
- Prepare, submit statutory reports and maintain documentation for environmental public health requirements on environmental issues.
- Conduct regular inspection and actively involved in safety matters on site.
- Attend site safety meeting and prepare weekly report.
- Liaise with government authorities in relation to safety and environment compliance matters.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a recognized Diploma in relevant trade.
- Must be registered ECO with NEA.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the building construction field as ECO is required for this position. Experience with Singapore HDBBTO project is required.
- Work well under pressure and work independently.
- Familiar with Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental regulations.
- Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Fluent in English.
- Willing to work 5.5days per week at HDBBTO project site.
