Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites to perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and calibrating equipment.
- Verify remote stations are performing according to specification.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Assist in the assembly of hardwares.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in swimming and comfort working in and around water bodies, canals, ponds, lakes, reservoirs, tidal gates etc.
- NITEC or diploma
- Prior experience in a field technician or similar role is advantageous.
- Strong mechanical and/or electronic aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid Class 3(A) driving license and clean driving record.
