We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills .
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft word and excel to produce simple reports
- Schedule appointments and manage clinic calendar
- Update and maintain patient information using client management software
- Handle patient’s concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Respond to phone and email bookings
- Maintain and ensure clinic cleanliness
- Assist center manager with inventory and stocktaking and book keeping
- Ad-hoc duties
