Jobs Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management including scope definition, project planning, resource allocation and risk management.
- Collaborate with business and support function stakeholders to understand their objectives, business and technical requirements and transformation agenda.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and budgets to ensure project success.
- Build and manage business analysts, developers, designers, testers and other specialists.
- Establish the reporting framework, templates, channels and cadence to effectively monitor progress, identify areas for improvement and keep key stakeholders informed.
- Manage and monitor project progress, establish and track key performance indicators, and ensure project milestones are met, on time, and within scope.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
- Serve as main contact point for key senior management of the Bank, program stakeholders and providing regular status updates, addressing concerns and managing expectations.
Job Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience as Project Manager
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environment and framework is a must
