About our client: Our client is a leading main contractor (A1) for for large-scale civil engineering projects.
*Work Location: West (company transport is provided in Jurong East)
*Salary Range: $3,000 - $3,200
About the role:
- Be part of the C&B team and support the needs of the team in processing monthly payroll for employees.
- Audit and check Time & Attendance and highlight irregularities.
- Verify and reconcile online records or timesheets submitted by employees.
- Prepare and distribute Time & Attendance, Leave, Absenteeism reports to PMs/ management and departments as required.
- Guide the Site Administrators.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve issues promptly.
- Submit governmental claims
- Manage all clocking systems with site admin/vendors including servicing requests.
- Administer the employee and visitor badge of the company
- Manage medical claims / e-claim as and when required.
- Assist with any other HR functions as assigned.
About you:
- At least a Diploma holder in HRM or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience. Prior experience in Construction industry an added advantage
- Resourceful, self-driven, and possessed a high degree of professional integrity
- Good interpersonal skills and works well in a team
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office
- Added advantage for candidate who can commence immediately or within a short notice.
