Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural projects from conception through to tender submission, incorporating all architectural features, BIM implementation, focusing on architectural nuances and construction integration.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure the project specifications are captured in the tender process.
- Analyze architectural features and the overall construction scopes to prepare time, cost estimates, materials, and productivity planning
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, ensuring detailed technical submissions and accurate architectural drawings and BIM model drawings are included.
- Enhance BIM model fidelity for improved accuracy of project visualizations, including detailed features and construction techniques.
- Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolutions in BIM models to address potential construction challenges.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of architectural trends, construction techniques, and industry BIM standards.
- Adept in modern architectural techniques, eager to contribute to team success, and passionate about transforming project planning through technology.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher in Architectural Studies, Engineering, or a related field related in Construction Industry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural planning and BIM adoption in the Built-Sector construction industry
- Fresh graduates familiar with BIM software graphic design and trained in architectural practices are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Lumion, Revizto or similar.
- Strong understanding of architectural features, construction documentation, and building aspects.
