About the role:
- Analyse project’s schedules and planning, reporting and budget requirements covering all stages of the project and search for improvement opportunities.
- Monitor and administer the achieved progress and project status on a daily basis.
- Review and propose updates to improvement of the Project Master Schedule and coordinate any changes with the involved parties as necessary in response to unforeseen events or unexpected developments.
- Inform all relevant stakeholders on the achieved progress in relation to the Project Manager.
- Support and/or manage the implementation and follow-up of the DRIVE programme on the project, keep the DRIVE action list updated and liaise with all DRIVE action holders accordingly.
- Work and act in accordance with the standards of the Company as well as applicable QHSE-S instructions and measure.
About you:
- Degree in C&S Engineering or Construction Management.
- With 2-5 years of work experience in Consultant or Marine Civil Engineering Contractors
- Familiar with Projects in Marine Civil Environments, eg. foreshore, reclamation, Jetty & Port construction, marine piling, etc
- Based in Singapore, but willing to travel in short notice regionally to support Project Acquisition/Execution

- Working Hours: 8.30am to 6pm, 5 days a week
