Work Location: Maxwell
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 6pm, Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
Working Period: 8 Months
Salary: $12 - $15 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Account for money received by creating records and investigate discrepancies.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded in the correct accounts.
- Verify that transactions are authorised by the right party.
- Ensure paperwork is complete and properly attached for audits.
- Monitor outstanding transactions.
Requirements:
- Finance background preferred
- Proficient in English
- Able to work independently and an excellent team player who is task-orientated
- Possess initiative and positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to commit for at least 8 Months and above
