This position reports to the director of GAINMAX CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. The Project Manager will supervise and ensure the smooth implementation and completion of projects. This role will ensure that Project Management operations are carried out effectively and efficiently, meeting, or surpassing customer requirements and adhering to project timelines. He/She is responsible for defining project scopes, objectives, plans, schedules, budgets and performance measuring criteria to ensure that the completion of project deliverables is in accordance with the required standards and expectations.
He/She possesses strong planning and problem-solving skills. He/She is a good negotiator and can effectively liaise with different stakeholders to optimise project deliverables.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Oversees and manage assigned projects schedules and make sure that the Project runs within budget and profitable
2. Manage projects to achieve smooth project implementation and ensure successful delivery of the assigned project on time.
3. Manage overall project risks and issues such as implementing risk mitigation plans
4. Effective stakeholder and customer relationship management
5.Perform any ad hoc duties as and when assigned.
