MD Pharmaceuticals Pte Ltd is now seeking to hire:

Business Operations Executive

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle basic Human Resource functions (e.g: Monthly payroll, CPF contributions, work pass applications, applicable employee leave, ensure compliance with all relevant local employment laws and regulations, etc.)
  • Review and identify gaps in the company’s current business operations and provide suitable recommendations on enhancements. This will include the planning, budgeting, forecasting and ensuring optimal use of all company resources to maintain/reduce overall operational costs through different initiatives.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including staff, customers, suppliers and other vendors, to further business objectives.
  • To also develop and carry out various new business operational plans in partnership with the management so as to ensure that strategic goals are reached
  • Perform data analysis and generate relevant tracking reports
  • Assist with various administrative duties, including handling customer phone calls, order processing, inventory control, etc.
  • Handle special ad-hoc projects, based on management’s requirements
  • Assist with some daily administrative matters, including order processing

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma/degree in Human Business Management/Resource Management from a reputable institute.
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore handling Human Resource and operational issues, with strong knowledge of both areas
  • Tech-savvy and highly proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Have strong sense of own initiative, highly independent and resourceful
  • Meticulous with great attention to details and monitoring skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to propose feasible solutions to management
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and also deal with customers/suppliers whenever necessary
