Roles & Responsibilities
- To monitor and supervise sub-contractors work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, materials, and samples.
- To liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, or clients on shop drawings, materials, and samples.
- Carry out work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, and project supervision to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
- Document and manage the technical datasheets, specifications, and all piping-related documents.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of works.
- Identify challenges, mitigate risks, and ensure that safety regulations are being compiled on-site.
- Prepare inspection reports for material & site installation inspection.
- Attend site coordination meetings when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Preferably candidate with 5 years of relevant working experience in the Construction Industry.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM/Revit would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and target-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact effectively with project teams and managers at all levels.
- Will be based at the project site office.
