Job Title: Production Planner
Location: Joo Koon
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 7.45 AM-4.45 PM
Salary: up to $ 3500（Depend on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Work towards to meet Division sales and delivery plan to ensure delivery schedule is carried out.
- To manage abnormalities that occurs which may affect customer delivery schedule.
- Control daily operation (incoming, outgoing, packing, documents and delivery)
- Communicate with related Person-In Charge on production capacity, demand & delivery schedule.
- Monitoring of WIPs progress to ensure production team adhere to the committed schedule.
- Work with warehouse Supervisor to ensure safety of the workers and working areas.
- Communicate with customers on monthly forecast, urgent orders, materials readiness and shipment plan.
- To manage monthly month end closing & yearly stock check.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O'/A Levels, Diploma or above.
- Experience in production planning, warehouse and logistics.
- Preferably experience with ISO, Environmental Policy, EMS, J-SOX, WEMS, OH&S & SEPG Compliance policies.
- Preferably experience with ISO9001, IATF and Risk Assessments.
- Possess initiative, sense of urgency, work passion, eye for details, active team player, meticulous.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, resourcefulness.
