Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and ensure smooth coordination of Board and Investment Committee meetings and events
- Provide secretariat and administrative support for Board, Deputy CEO and Investment Committee matters including maintaining the file records of meetings documents and Directors’ Resolutions
- Other duties as assigned
Key Requirements:
- Only Singaporeans
- Diploma/Degree in any related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of adminstrative inclusive of secretarial support on high level meetings which consists of senior management or any relevant experience will be a bonus.
