Responsibilities
Marketing activity
- Strategy development for APAC territories in collaboration with the Head of Locations, Head of Client Lines, Head of Client Development and Head of Marketing and Communications, APAC
- Manage marketing strategies and campaigns to promote Securities Services products and solutions, aimed at both internal and external audiences (buy-side, sell-side and alternative investors).
- Where relevant, partner with metier across the Group on One Bank collaboration to gain strategic context to support Securities Services’ business/marketing objectives.
- Supporting the asset servicing brand attributes of Securities Services in the region by ensuring a regular flow of content to demonstrate our expertise, for example, generate content from events, etc.
- Supporting the internal/external communication requirements of international Securities Services leaders when they are visiting APAC
- Proactively suggest marketing communication opportunities to support Securities Services business objectives (internal/external)
- Contribute to relevant client-facing marketing initiatives to promote Securities Services within the Integrated bank model e.g. pitchbooks, videos and websites.
Content creation
- Write and edit thought leadership articles to promote Securities Services products and solutions which can then be fed into the regional advertising campaign, management announcements, award pitches, senior management speeches, news articles, event comms and social media posts.
- Liaise with wider Brand & Comms team in order to maximize impact of initiatives by promoting Securities Services more broadly across multiple marcomms channels e.g. media coverage, Content Hub, Echonet, and social media.
- Create engaging comms videos for defined target audiences, including writing scripts, filming, editing, liaising with external agencies as relevant.
- Work with in-house creative teams and external vendors and writers to create articles, infographics and digital media with an editorial perspective.
- Lead, collaborate and deliver internal communications, such as APAC Town Halls
- Origination and amplification of post event Securities Services’ content.
- Manages Securities Services’ executives’ team speaking engagements.
Digital
- Keep abreast of digital tools which help to promote Securities Services through digital and social media channels.
- Work with Securities Services Digital team to enhance engagement – social media, websites, ROI tracking, videos, interactive comms – conduct analysis to evaluate the success of campaigns/ feed insights back to business in order to incorporate learnings into future campaigns.
Job Requirements
- Min 5-10 years of Marketing Communication Experience in Banking/ FIs
- A strong strategic thinker, who can develop marketing strategies, plan and execute marketing plans in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Communications, APAC
