Motorist is looking for a Human Resource Manager/Assistant Director to be part of our rapidly growing team. This role will focus on strategic human capital management as the company evolves its culture and processes from a start-up towards a high performing organization. You will help to strengthen the company’s culture and value through all types of programs or activities; develop employee communication channels, and strengthen employee engagement.

HR Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that aligned with the overall business strategy
- Handle the full function of HR which includes Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Budgeting and Employee Relations
- Payroll management and processing, including commission calculations
- Lead and coordinate key HR annual processes such as annual performance evaluation, salary review and annual budgeting
- End to end talent acquisition both locally and within APAC; which includes preparing job descriptions, sourcing job posting portals, and coordinating and participating in the interviews and reference checks.
- Implement employee-relations engagement activities necessary to promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
- Handling employee relations, grievances and counselling
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Create and update policies and procedures
- Provide advisory and support on HR matters to overseas offices and GMs
Administration and Facilities Management Responsibilities
- Provide general care, maintenance and services for the upkeep of the office environment
- Maintaining office administrative/Computer/Software systems
- Sourcing and management of external vendors and service providers
Requirements:
- A People's person with attitude and aptitude to lead and manage Human Resource activities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Business/Organization Development or equivalent; with
- At least 5 years’ Human Resources experience
- Knowledge and experience with APAC labour laws and regulations
